When we were in Srikakulam district and were on our way to Vizianagaram, we came across this fishermen locality, where a temporary KGBV (Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya) was running. We noticed that the back wall was missing and I took the photo giving strict instructions to our Asst AMO to make a temporary bamboo construction so that children do not fall accidentally.

The construction work happened overnight and now there is a permanent wall, development can be fast, provided the state machinery is fast!
